Frank L. Carson III began his banking career the summer of 1970 in the Bookkeeping Department of Carson Bank. After graduating from Wichita State University he joined his father at the bank and in 1990 was promoted to president.
As a civic leader, Frank serves as an officer and director for The Kansas Society for Crippled Children, serves as director and treasurer of Rural Water District No. 3, Sedgwick County, and is a Thirty-third Degree Mason. He has previously served as president of Mulvane Area Economic Development and the Old Settlers Association, on the board of directors of Exploration Place, as an officer of the Mulvane Lions Club, and as a board member of Quivira Council Boy Scouts. Professionally, he has chaired the State Affairs Committee and Consumer Credit Committee as well as serving on the Federal Affairs Committee and Board of Directors of the Kansas Bankers Association; he has also chaired the Consumer Credit Committee of the American Bankers Association and is now a member of the American Bankers Association Community Bankers Council.
Frank and his wife, Kris, a retired English teacher and member of the Carson Bank board of directors, have four children. The family enjoys summer vacations together reading, fishing, and golfing.
Joining Carson Bank in 2006, Gary McGuire is responsible for the leadership of Carson Insurance Group.
Having spent the last twenty years in the insurance industry, he is licensed to sell Property/Casualty, Commercial and Life/Health and is Series 6 licensed. He serves as chairperson for the Mulvane Recreation Center and is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Optimist Club. He and his wife, Kim, a teacher in the Mulvane school system, have three children. They look forward to weekends in Manhattan supporting the K-State football team.
A graduate of Wichita State University, Roberta Payne worked part-time at Carson Bank throughout her college career as a bookkeeper, teller, and loan processor. Since joining the bank full time in 1996, she has served as assistant cashier and customer service representative. Currently, she manages the Deposit Operations for the bank's four branches. Roberta also serves as a member of the Mulvane Public Library Board. She and her husband, Dan, enjoy a variety of outdoor activities and spending time with their family.
A 26-year banking professional, Grant Roskam joined Carson Bank in 2002. Prior to joining Carson Bank, he served as senior credit officer at a large regional bank in Wichita. His many years of experience and expertise enable Carson Bank to custom fit solutions to complex banking transactions. Additionally, he oversees the retail branch network in Wichita, Derby, and Mulvane. Grant attended Wichita State University and graduated from The College of Financial Planning in Boulder, Colorado. Throughout his career, he has been active with numerous charitable and civic organizations.
After graduating from Washburn University, Charlie Morgan spent seven years as a Kansas State Bank examiner. Since joining Carson Bank in 1982, Charlie has previously served as head of lending, Security Officer, and Compliance Officer. Involved in civic and community activities, Charlie has served as a board member for Mulvane USD 263, a member of the Chamber of Commerce, a Scout Master for Troop 888, and Lions Club President. Currently, Charlie is on the board of South Central Kansas Economic Development and enjoys working with Friends of the Library and the Mulvane High School baseball program. Charlie and his wife, Diane, a USD 263 librarian, have two grown children.
